I am UC - Lcwra i have no work commitments can I on holiday for 3 weeks do I have to inform UC

You can leave the UK for up to one calendar month without it affecting your benefits, but please know if they decide the reason for you being LCWRA contradicts you going on holiday, they may remove your award. And yes, the DWP do prefer it if you inform them of any time you leave the UK.
