Second statement kinda sorted but unsure on something need advice

Hi all
Mums had her second statement go up this morning and it does include the LCWRA finally however I'm not sure and need someone to confirm if I'm right that it doesn't include the amount of LCWRA she is owed for June's payment since she's eligible for it from the start of her claim.
I'll post a screenshot of her statement.
Am I correct they haven't paid her the money they owe for June?

Money owed is calculated and paid separately.
You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to her Journal confirming the underpayment amount. Any money owed would be paid within a few working days.
If there is outstanding debt some of the underpayment may be taken towards that.

Is uc not paid in arrears so July money would be for June

There's nothing on her journal yet, however I thought she is supposed to get LCWRA from the start of her claim so her June payment should have had LCWRA included in her statement but it didn't which would mean she was underpaid.
The money taken off as deductions has been taken from this payment not any underpayment from June's.

I think so however she was eligible for LCWRA from the start of her claim so Her June payment should have included it but it didn't because at that time they hadn't heard from ESA yet that she was in the support group before moving but now they've sorted it they still have underpaid her in June's.

Yes there was an underpayment from June, as advised money owed is calculated and paid separately to the monthly statements & scheduled payments.
As there is also an overpayment my advice was to say they may take some of the underpayment towards the overpayment.
Payment details should be in the letter confirming the underpayment, which your Mum hasn't had yet.

Thanks Kimi I think I understand now. All she's had is a letter about overpayment for £369.71 which is being paid back monthly which I'm assuming is the £60.02. however she was overpaid £647 so if the first £369.71 is monthly payments and she's also had £207.96 taken off too she'll still have £69.33 left to pay so they would still owe her even if they took the other £69.33 from the underpayment in June.

Sorry to ask more questions but should she put a note on her journal about the underpayment?
And she's due her payment on the 26th but that's a Saturday so we thought she'll be paid the Friday before but just seen 25th is a bank holiday and that you'll be paid early on the 22nd does that apply to mum too?

I'm not aware of the 25th July being a bank holiday anywhere in the UK. So she should be paid on the 25th.
I think you are mixed up with Monday 25th August which is a Bank Holiday.
It's up to her if she wants to chase the underpayment at this point, or continue to wait for a letter on her Journal once it's been processed.
