Hi @charlie72, yes that's a normal review. They'll let you know what they'd like to see when they call you for your first appointment. As Carpy mentioned, it's usually 4 months bank statements and some ID.
There's a discussion about it here with some frequently asked questions in case you'd like to read about it:
Universal Credit Reviews - Frequently Asked Questions
But lots of our members have been through them now, so if you have any questions about it I'm sure you'd get some good advice ☺️

Hi, if it's a normal review, which it is, do they usually ask for 4 months bank statements, and if they ask for more why would that be. I'm panicking as I have to upload them one by one and can;t do them all as one file due to how my bank issues online statements. I can only print or download them month by month which takes ages. It really makes you think youv'e done something wrong and they want to catch you out like some criminal. Is it nothing to worry about and straightforward?

Hello, can I ask how your appointment with them was, were they okay, asked loads of questions and were non critical about what you spend your money on etc? Thanks.
