It's been a difficult few months for all of us, but I want to express my sincere gratitude for helping me and others through these challenging times. Often, I post late at night or in the early hours of the morning, and sometimes, within minutes, there's a friendly soul out there in the darkest hours answering my questions and offering such reassurance. Thank you all so very much.

I think I can say the same too. If it wasn't for this forum whenever I would hear about anything in the MSM there'd be more panic and I wouldn't know where to turn to get the real facts.

Even the arguments on here seem quite gentle (I don't mean to trivialise anything, I'm just saying how it comes across to me in comparison to experiences on other forums, Youtube, and in real life).

Hi Topcat71,

I am not a night owl myself but appreciate that there are plenty of people who whether they have difficulty with sleeping or just prefer the quietness of the night, not much traffic noise or people going about their business inevitably making noise etc…etc…. It is comforting to know that through places such as this people can help support each other through their own experiences or just to comment (even if they disagree) because it can show through sharing that others do care and genuinely want to 'help' others whether by sharing personal experiences or offering advise from a different point of view that then gives rise to giving a different perspective to a situation or problem enabling the sufferer to make decisions. Perhaps, armed with knowledge, enabling a person to make informed choices.

I have had some useful, insightful information via this site and equally have shared some of my personal experiences or knowledge that may benefit others. I also appreciate their input, time to construct a response and are courageous enough to share their own experiences and knowledge to help others. I to offer my heartfelt THANK YOUS!

Thank you for sharing with us your comments, I believe that in the majority of comments post here are genuinely to try and support others and for that I am also grateful. It would be impossible to have a site like this where others will disagree with a particular comment or whatever but would life not be 'boring' if everyone was the same? People would not have knowledge or insight or support if it were not for others to express their opinion or share something even quite personal in order to cheer someone feeling lonely or not being able to feel able to cope with a given situation. So THANK YOU too!
