Hi, my name is jen62L! when i migrete will i need a new assessment for work cabability?

Im about to migrate over im currently in E SA support group and get pip when i migrete will i need a new assessment for work cabability or will they see i was in support group with no follow up appoitments i get disability premiums on esa too ..will these be added to my uc account this is all very confussing and stressful .

No you won't need a new assessment due to migration.
You'll receive LCWRA element paid n your claim automatically which is the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group.
Disability premiums don't exist on UC.
If you don't receive SDP with your ESA you will be better off on UC.
If you do receive SDP, Transitional Protection will be added to your claim. This ensures you aren't worse off at the time of transfer. This does erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added. Your payment is frozen until the usual non TP rates catch up with your award.
