hi I wondered if anyone has experienced this, I applied for a blue badge and received an email to say I was unsuccessful however £10 has been taken from my bank account for a blue badge I’m confused! Thanks Angela

The fee is charged when you apply

As your application has been rejected, a refund should arrive within a week, after that time you can contact your local council BB department to enquire.
