Can I request to close uc whilst under review

I was asked for 4 mo the bank statements last week so submitted them but now moving in with family and just want to close the claim and all the hassle with it. I have nothing to hide and sent all info over but I just want to close it!

Of course, you can.
To close your Universal Credit claim, you should notify the DWP either online through your journal or by phone. You'll need to inform them of the date you no longer wish to claim.
I wish I could do the same and have nothing to do with them for the rest of my life.
Benefits cause more stress than they solve.
By the way, if it's only the 4 months bank statements that stress you out, be assured they automatically ask for this to everyone they review.

what happens to my review if I request closure?

It may still go ahead. They're checking your past payments to make sure they're correct. If you don't provide the information they ask for, they could potentially ask for at least 4 months worth of UC payments to be paid back to them.
Alternatively, it may just end and you wouldn't hear anything else from them.

That isn't all of the information though. They generally contact people by phone to go through a few of the transactions etc.
