Hey so I did my managed migration claim today but I did it over the phone as filling all them online forms was overwhelming.

Will I get access to a journal? If not how will I get a breakdown of my payments like you would in a journal?

    Hi,

    You will not have access to an online journal if you have made a phone-only claim.

    You can call them to ask for a UC statement to be posted to you once it has been generated towards the end of your assessment period.
