Hi personally had this benefit for since atleast five years and now payment getting to a much needed time of month but, recently I played into a scam link, "pay here to collect youre parcel delivery " and then was advised to change my debit everday account. My new card arrived two weeks ago and has only the exp date and 16 digit number that different and new. So basically that's the reason and I assume the PIP hasnt had my updated account for recipient? Even though I had UC fine since and atleast that has something to access online at all anyway. Anyone know what could be up? Possibly that there is a cut off or review applied to "me"? And if anyone could help please do I go contact the bank or the dwp/pip number about this? And is any such missed benefit payment seen as a default or missed chance because of any complicated inability to provide my reason or proof, like would today's payment be coming and what time is involved?
