Hi how long does it take for council to read my daughters medical letter she has croans disease we also are waiting to be evicted as landlord is selling oh we also have a relief duty in place

    Hi @Kingswoodmummy it's hard to say for definite as each council works independently, and there timescales will differ. How long have they had it? If it's a little while it might be worth giving them a call to chase this up, and request an estimated time for them to come back to you. I'm pleased you've got relief duty in place, that's good news.
