new style review form PIP
HI, as his carer I help my son with his forms we are finding new style a bit confusing eg. cooking and preparing food. I do this task for my son as he has fibro chronic pain, fatigue, IBS and mental health issues and cannot do this safely and reliably or regulry without repercussions.
now we have to answer yes or no for several separate numbered question to be answered for each task. before we used to describe how it was and they allocated to right one.
Do we say no to, do you need to use an aid such as stool, grabbers or adapted cutlery as he cannot complete task using any. I am his aid so would this mean a yes? then describe me as his aid in next part.
next two questions move onto help from another person as is his case.
after all bad publicity and fears recently may be reading too much into new layout.
