Moving out on PIP whilst awaiting outcome of LCWRA assessment

I did my LCRWA a while ago and I'm just waiting for the results. However, I'm also in the process of trying to move out as I am stuck in a toxic household which is contributing to my rapidly declining mental state. Is it possible to get housing element whilst waiting for my assessment outcome?
