Hi, my name is billiegee!
In December of 2023 my PIP came up for re-assessment. I was told I was no longer entitled to my car. I did not return it and did a mandatory consideration which was turned down then I continued to tribunal level where they agree that I AM entitled to full PIP once again in May 2024.
I have just returned my car but am told I cannot have another vehicle until I have paid off the £1500 I owe from the period 12/23-05/24. I am in receipt of benefits...Please help!! If I have no car I am unable to leave my house, or go to my Dr which is in another city, or go out at all this is when my mental health issues reappear and definitely unable to pay £1500. I am told it must ALL BE PAID before I can get another car…
I would appreciate ANY help or advice. Many thanks in advance.

I previously stayed in my house and never left for more than 6 months. I don't want to go back to that really low point of my life.

Hi @billiegee bless you, that sounds very stressful. You might find this page on our website helpful - Get debt advice. There are some links to organisations that can offer support. I hope you're able to get something sorted.
