II filled in universal credit form after migration , but one question give date you last worked in last nine months would not except date before nine months and did not see option not to answer. It is now down on form as January 2025 which is wrong, I have not worked in last nine months. I have left message in journal stating this.I am in support group and believe this exempts you from benefit cap. I have not heard anything back from coach on journal.

I have just had message back in journal saying we will take you back to this question ,so was able to rectify it. So just in case anyone worried about a mistake I just left a post on my journal stating mistake.

I have now had a message saying records show you are on employment and support allowance and this may affect your benefits for universal credit, then saying I may be sent for an health assessment, I am in support group and migrating to universal credit. The to do list as just been finished today and commitment accepted. Will I be forced to have wca.

I have had statements saying what receiving after migrating from esa support group to uc

and been placed in lwrca group, but work and earnings question have you stopped work last nine months we will take you back appeared again in todo lists. I already left message in journal about this ,saying it would only except date in last nine months so put earliest date even though stopped work before this. Question disappeared but appeared again now. I’m due my first payment and was told as in lwrca group this question does not affect me anyway as relates to benefit cap. I worried my benefit will be stopped if I don’t answer even though left message in journal. It’s impossible to answer this question.

As it's in your To Do list you need to answer the question.

Your answer should be no - because you did not stop working within the last 9 months.

Oh I thought it was a yes or no question, and you didn't need to enter a date if you answered no.

No it’s asking for date either way, have taken this up with them few weeks ago and they removed it from todo list ,now reappeared again. I redid question and mentioned it in journal it disappeared then reappeared again. Not sure if it’s a glitch and when I rang and asked just said it does not apply to you your in support group and benefit cap is exempt So not sure what’s going on.

They have now removed again and asked for earnings in last month etc which is yes/ no so fine. It’s a nightmare keeps appearing even when explained in journal and frightened my payment will stop if don’t answer.
