The deduction is correct.
ESA is a weekly benefit.
UC is a monthly benefit.
There are 4.3 weeks per month.
To convert a weekly benefit into a monthly you multiply the weekly amount by 52 then divide by 12.
140.55 X 52 = £7308.60
£7308.60 / 12= £609.05

does this mean if you get paid 3 times esa the next uc payment wont be any different on what you get paid say for a month with only 2 esa payments am worried cause ive just had 3 payments but my uc only counted 2 for augusts payment

The deduction for New Style ESA is a flat rate of £609.05 per month.
It is always calculated as 30 days ESA.

Somewhere I saw you can request UC to be paid fortnightly but I couldn't see it when filling the form in. Do we do it via journal and how does it work with HB.

You can write a Journal note requesting to be paid twice a month.
This is not the same as being paid fortnightly.
Half the money will arrive on the payment date, with the second half paid 14-15 days later.
If you are having your rent paid directly to LL, this gets sent to them once a month.
If you are not having HE paid directly to LL, then the whole UC award including HE is paid in two installments.

Ok thanks, I have a biographical call soon I will mention it then. Also my housing association advisor. Sorry it's just a stress on me

My phone call is tomorrow, anxiety through the roof as to what to expect, if I have sufficient evidence as to who I am, if I tell the person about wanting housing benefit to be paid to landlord etc.
Any help appreciated

I'm so sorry that you are experiencing anxiety you can call Samaritans using this link above

I have always been paid fortnightly.
I never asked to be, it just happened.

Surely passport, bank cards, medical card, utility bills is enough and how is this proven over the phone

A biographical phone call involves asking questions only you'd know the answer to, based on the information DWP hold on you.
No documents are involved.
If a bio id check fails then that leaves attending the Job Centre in person, or a home visit though there is a wait for the latter which might delay the first payment.

ESA is paid fortnightly.
UC is monthly. Claimants can request twice-monthly payments from UC, but they are not fortnightly due to most months having more than 28 days in them.

The biographical call asks about other information held online, not that type of paperwork.

Ok it just says in to do list and preparing for call to have such items like bank card, birth certificate, driving licence, bank card etc.
I guess they will ask things I put in Application form, personal stuff like birthday etc. I'm anxious about it as it's later this morning

I then have to report to my housing association advisor who will sort out HB to be paid directly. But guess I am supposed to say this to person who calls me.
I just want to prepare what I need to know as I've told them all bank details, national insurance etc.. something about accepting commitments

II'm Still waiting migrstion letter I can't take the stress

All migration letters should arrive within the next 6 weeks, so it shouldn't be long now.

There's so many horror stories I was dreading the letter … it's been a smooth stress free process. Part of me wishes I'd done it sooner because I'm better off every month. Not a lot of £ but every little helps
The man in the JC even arranged for direct payment to my Landlord … all sorted
Please try not to worry, from journal replies to ID verification, they're there to help you

Thanks I'm just wondering what they going to ask that I haven't already said filling the form in
