Hi, i applied for pip in march i think and had a phone interview and was declined, having been suffering for 3 months however im months down the line and my condition which has been described as presenting with complex abdominal problems by 2 different doctors but its still without a definitive diagnosis, im still waiting various disciplines to assess me , MSK , mri on spinal cord etc i have the same probs i had before 3x hernias but is having much more of an effect on me, feels like im paralysed around waist , i can only shuffle alkng with very short dteps etc cannot sit down in a chair for longer than 5 mins now or stand up without bent over also such as i cannot dress my lower half due to inability to bend down so its getting worse, is it best if i call up and explain as when i log in online it just says update diagnosis but i havent really got anything more to tell them. ?

Hi @BrutonStreetTailor you could re-apply for PIP if you have been declined before. Try to gain as much evidence of how it's got worse to support your claim. You could gain some support with the forms from somewhere like Turn2us or Citizens Advice to give you the best possible chance this time. 😊

As Holly has said, you reapply for PIP. PIP is not about diagnosis, it is how you are affected daily. Fill out the form explaining your difficulties per descriptor. What you have stated above, you should be able to claim PIP. Get as much evidence as you can from doctors. Holly has listed people that can help you with the forms too.
