Hey @Sivam I've split your question off into it's own discussion so as not to cause any confusion, I hope that's ok?
There's some information here on will writing on the Scope website, is this what you meant?0 -
The only problem I have with Scope is : When my daughter was leaving school we sought advice for a college from Scope. They recommended Derwent College in Oswestry. To cut a long tale short. My daughter was {removed by moderator} She was terrified telling us and lived in terror for a least a year before we found out. Fortunately I worked at my local council and was friendly with head of Social Services. He immedietly stopped sending anyone else there. The Police were informed but because the perpetrator was also learning disabled. Nothing was done. The Principal Of the college said it was Karen's fault because she was a flirt! (I still am a flirt and I am 81)
I admit to being overprotective ever since. She is now 50 years old and still lives at home with us (Mum and Dad.)

I'm very sorry to hear what your daughter went through @Sivam though I'm very sure Scope would not have recommended a location if there was even a sniff of wrongdoing.
I've had to edit your comment to remove the talk of abuse, as per our house rules.

The Principle and staff (at that time) covered it up from us and everyone else. Karen was threatened not to tell us and was really terrified. She had a breakdown eventually and had to be removed.
