Pip review

Hi everyone my heads falling off a bit I’ve been on enhanced daily living pip now for a while but was advised to do a change of circumstances review because my spinal stenosis wasn’t good enough for them but now I’m under the pain clinic with appointments for injections and my anxiety and depression wasn’t good enough even after multiple trauma but now after 28 years they have diagnosed me with complex PTSD and possibly ADHD (waiting for diagnosis) i should put a review in so I have and now I’m stressed they might drop my award I’m hoping I get the mobility award but my head is telling me I’m going to lose it all
As anyone got any advice that might relax my brain
thanks Karl

Sorry for what you are going through. It's not easy, but all you can do is take it one day at a time.

Hi @kj1892 bless you, that's a lot to be going through. I can completely empathise, (I have complex trauma -very grateful for therapy but I've been lucky and appreciate it's not for everybody). I hope that this process goes as smoothly as possible for you and like FredFlinstone said, a day at a time and be kind to yourself 💛

thanks for the reply’s it’s hard enough as it is without these pip divs putting added pressure on the rules they come up with are so demeaning and outrageous they need to spend a day in the life of people like us

Yes basically it is just that.
It happened to me at the last two reviews but I won on MRC

thanks for getting back I hope it doesn’t to me my anxiety is through the roof now just thinking the worse if that was the case and they did do that to me after I put the MRC in can I take legal action for either or all of the things as it is causing pure psychological distress my visions and flashbacks are increasing and are more prolonged and I think it’s due to this increased and added levels of stress
