I put my forms in 2 weeks ago now got a text saying it's completed no face to face assessment or call nothing I am so scared

usually unless you have a change of circumstances in the review or they have lots of evidence they do not call you in for an assessment. My disability got worse and circumstances changed so my review date was extended and only just had assessment, now decision being made and waiting 2 weeks for letter. Hire it all worked out, and if not many people win on appeals and they have to back date it.
