hi I got a letter go on universal credit my partner needs go on join claim I’m getting help but asking will my esa claim go on universal credit will know my details and illnes straight away ,

You won't have to prove all those details again, just attend ID interview after filling in UC form.

Not straight away no.
All claims for UC are treated as new claims, even those migrating from ESA.
You do need to put a simple list of medical conditions on your application.
Once you've submitted the application, ESA will confirm your previous award with UC.
This is usually done in time for the first payment statement but is occasionally delayed. If LCW/LCWRA is missing from your first statement, you would flag this to UC.
It is then usually sorted out in time for your second payment statement, with any money owed sent within a few days of your status being confirmed.

point is my partner going on joined claim but she got care comes our home she only allowed out once a week since she in wheelchair but I’m not allowed push her because on my disability needs as well we both live together

You can have it done via the phone, or even home visit, but that can take a long time to arrange.

I was told it will know all my details from me and my partner esa claim by my support. I ask doctors give me everdince my documents but they won’t they want dwp ring them
