Grants for home repairs

Im wondering if there are any grants for house repairs (that are not to do with the occupiers disability).

I know about the ECO4 grants and other green type grants, but Im thinking about general maintenance stuff such as replacing single glazed windows.

It seems possible that the DWP will not allow this type of spending as acceptable spending from savings (if on UC) so is there any other way to get funding for these jobs?
