Pip new condition

Hi, I'm currently receiving daily living part of pip.. I've been suffering bad knee pains and I'm unable to walk at times.The doctors have referred me to hospital for mri scans thar won't probably happen for a few months..I received pip form today to fill out.. ok I'm unsure what to do as I have not been diagnosed yet plus do I fill out the whole form? As my daily living part hasn't changed..

It isn't currently about any diagnosis but its about how your disability affects you and thats what you need to focus on whether you meet the desctiptors and if you can perform them in a safe and timely manner and whether the difficulties you experience affect you on 50% or more days.
