I have safeguarding concerns about my neighbour he is 55yrs old but has disengaged completely from society. He isn’t going out or taking care of himself what can I do?

You can report your concerns to to your local adult social care team or if you're ever worried he may be at immediate risk or very unwell then it’s best to call 999.It's really kind of you to look out for him, you sound like a good neighbour😊

You would need to contact your local social services to make a safeguarding report.
