Uc worry

my daughter who is 21 moved out and i forgit to tell uc.why will they want evidence etc 

I got this from Uc should I be worried ?

    You have told us your daughter left the household on 10/06/2024. Please log into your Universal Credit account to report them from the date the change happened and select 'Home' then ‘Report a change' then 'Children and other people who live with you'. You need to report the change of circumstances by 04/09/2025, if you do not an agent will report it on your behalf. If further information is needed, you will be contacted with details of what to provide and the date to provide it by.
