Energy Efficiency Scheme - Who to contact?

I have recently contacted a company to carry out work at my home under the Government’s Energy Efficiency Scheme. Unfortunately, I have experienced nothing but problems since the work began. I have been left without heating, the contractors are failing to attend as agreed, and the work that has been done has caused considerable disruption and damage within my property.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to the company, but the issues remain unresolved. At this point, I am unsure where else to turn, as I understand this does not fall under the Ombudsman or Ofgem.
Could anyone please advise me on the appropriate body to escalate this matter to? It seems only right that companies operating under this scheme should be held accountable for the quality of their work.
Thank you!

Hi there @Cats1817 sorry to hear you've been having issues. I'd have thought the ombudsman would've been the next port of call, but I've had a quick look online and found this link and this section of the OFGEM website which hopefully should be helpful?
