WCA Assesment
Hello I had my WCA assessment three weeks ago, and I've got this message into my universal credit journal
Following on from your Work Capability Assessment, I have now received your medical report and would like to talk with you to confirm the information we hold on your Health Conditions. Your phone may show the call as an 0800 or withheld number. If this call time is inconvenient or you would like me to call you on a different number, please leave a message on your journal. Please make every effort to be available for the call as I would like your input prior to making a decision on your capability for work. If you do not want to continue with the health journey because you no longer have a health condition, or you have returned to work please report the change to your health on your account.
Thank you
I'm wonder to know if someone experienced this thing and after the phone call what happened?

Heya @joshberry1 and welcome to the community.
That's perfectly normal, there's nothing to worry about at all, they just want to check some things with you over the phone, just some clarification so they have all the information correct to make a judgment. Once they have all the information, then they'll be able to assess you properly, so it sounds like you should get a decision not too long after the call.0 -
Hi @joshberry1 what was the outcome of your phone call?? I have one of these this week and all the posts I've found about them haven't been good outcomes

Heya @bumblebee90 I'm afraid the OP hasnt logged in since they wrote this discussion, so you may not get a reply back from them.
But to ease your mind, please remember people never post about their positive interactions, they only ever post about the bad stuff. The call is just to go through your answers and so the assessor can make sure they have all the information correct. 😊
