Really sorry to hear that @Catherine21 they'd not have stopped your meds for no reason and usually would taper you off them. What did they say?
I think this is probably a conversation for a different discussion. But it sounds like you need to be totally open and honest with her, as otherwise she won't know and will carry on doing the same thing! I'm sure she has her reasons and they may well be very correct, but a bit more communication wouldn't hurt.
There we go, I've made our chat a new discussion so others dont lose any information from the other discussion, I hope that's ok? I'm guessing she has a lot of patients, so some forgetfulness is to be forgiven, but she really should have everything in her notes about you. I'm guessing things can sometimes get confused, but something like stopping medication wont have been done without a very good reason. So it's worth asking again for an answer. If you have the NHS app, it may well say on your patient history notes?
I had no idea that a mere psychologist had enough clout to alter a patient's medication, at all, frankly! I'm amazed!
