I stupidly did my claim over the phone and I havent got a journal becasue its over the phone. But im struggling with the phone calls how do I change it to a journal is there a way

    Hi,

    It is possible to change from a phone claim to an online claim.

    You will have to phone UC to do this though. You may need to fill in some forms and go through the ID verification again.
