Do I look suspicious Compliance Interview UC..

This is so embarrassing, I have severe social anxiety and panic attacks and autism suspected. I have been on universal credit for a while now, and I had a letter in JULY about a compliance review, I had nothing to hide at all!!! but because I have anxiety I panicked and panicked and cried every single day, they only wanted to check if I was receiving the correct amount of UC, but obviously my anxiety thought it was the end of the world, I had my compliance interview it went on from July - September, I sent her my council tax, water bills and my tenancy agreement, then I sent her a years bank statements today after me ringing her weekly for an update because my anxiety was bad, she closed the case and said "Thank you for providing additional information following your compliance interview held on 06/07/2025.

We have considered this information and decided that your benefit award will not change at this time."

But beacuse my anxiety is sky high, i panicked and wrote a message to her in my jornal, that said "

Thank you for your reply Sara, you were amazing and so caring and thoughtful and made this so much easier for me, at the beginning of the call I explained I have severe social anxiety, and suspected autism (currently going through diagnosis) and have a hard time understanding, processing information or responding to questions, as I need processing time to formulate thoughts, a few times I had sensory information overload  which led to anxiety meltdowns, 

but you spoke slowly and clearly, were very kind and compassionate and patient with me, and I am so thankful for your great care. Take care. I'd like to put a good word in for you at how well trained you are at your job." 

Because she was so amazing to me, always helping me with my nerves and speaking slowly, only now my anxious self thinks I look suspicous from that message :'(

You don't look suspicious to me. You appear genuinely grateful for someone who recognised your issues, and treated you well.

I'd say it was a nice message to send someone.

I think it’s great that you took the time to give that positive feedback. Often people only take the extra time when they need to leave negative feedback. I’m sure she will have really appreciated your words.
