Yes, LCWRA element is missing from your statement.
If it's your first statement that happens more often than it should.
Write a note in your Journal (using the payment option) highlighting that LCWRA element is missing.
Once it's been sorted, a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be paid within a few working days.
Also a new version of the statement will be added.

For us it is often a couple of weeks.

Unfortunately there is no set timescale I can give you, it takes as long as it takes.
If it's not there by my next statement is it worth sending a complaint and contacting my MP?
Question, when I was on ESA I was using my middle name which I don't normally use. When I switched to UC I removed it, would that make a difference?
Then again they already confirmed my identity.
Try giving the helpline a call. They won’t be able to actually sort it but it seems to give the people answering the journal a nudge!
