This all updates on the system

Just tried to contact helpline and one of security questions was

What rates do I receive

Did not no what to say as I’ve not received my award letter

Can anyone help out.

Heya @Headcook if you've had the text, ten they'll be in touch with you soon. It's best just to wait for the letter, as the automated line is often incorrect as it won't have updated. Fingers crossed!

It’s scary waiting and like many anxiety is high

Didn’t expect paper based in a million years !

Brief call I had only focused on my actual conditions

Considering they don’t award on conditions it was very weird

I’m of the opinion conditions are a factor somewhere in the process they just don’t say this

My heart muscle died on the left side during heart attack

The pumping side and this has left me on 15% function

And is medically classed as chronic heart failure

I read this poor function is a factor for pip

Sorry I’m waffling I do this when stressed lol
