Another Universal Credit question

Hello. I completed the ESA to Universal Credit migration claim form on Saturday, and am waiting to verify my identity at the Job Centre. I am in the ESA support group, but I noticed on the UC website under the "payments" section it says "You said your health affects you at work or prevents you from working. You might need to have an assessment before we can consider if you will get extra money for this". Is this correct, or is it a template comment and, because I had an assessment in 2018, I don't need another?

All claims to UC are treated as new claims initially.

At the moment all their system knows is you have reported a health condition.

Once ESA confirm your previous award with them you will receive the UC equivalent (LCWRA element) automatically, without any need for a further assessment as a direct result of the migration process.

You should expect a reassessment at some point though, when is anyone's guess because they've been suspended for the majority since 2020 and as such significant backlogs exist within the system.
