Yes with Pip you can, Esa is permitted work, so check the hours and how much your paid. Should be on the government website about permitted work

Ok and yes I think my ESA would stop as it's full time hours.
And I need to let PIP office know that I'm returning to work

PIP is a non means tested benefit, so salary, savings or working hours do not affect your entitlement. It is awarded based on how your condition impacts daily life and mobility, not your employment status.
You do not need to inform PIP that you are returning to work unless your condition has changed in a way that affects the level of support you need. The key factor is whether your job contradicts the limitations described in your claim. If your condition and support needs remain the same, your eligibility remains unchanged and there is no obligation to notify them.
I have always worked while claiming PIP and have never been advised to contact them about employment, only if my condition changes. That said, do whatever feels most comfortable for you. And congratulations on the job offer, wishing you all the best.
