Pip video assessment and appointee

Hey.

I’m my son’s appointee but I just got text message his assessment will be a video assessment. I’m confused because he’s not capable to answer questions (he’s autistic) and I’m claiming his behalf. Does serco can force him to attend the video assessment?

What’s are our rights in this situation.

Hi @wimosa and a warm welcome to the community from me!

As your sons appointee you can speak on your sons behalf during the assessment so you will still be able to answer the questions they ask and there is more information on this here😊
