Hi and thanks for being here!
Hi. I hope it's okay to join this site even though I live in Spain. My Spanish is too basic to get any meaningful support here. I lived in Canada before moving to Spain several years ago so English is my language, and some of my British friends here in Spain recommended this site. By joining this forum, I hope to provide support to others as well as receive support with my mobility disability. I can barely stand anymore due to foot pain, so standing is limited to my home activities. Outside the home I use a mobility scooter. Occasionally I use a walker if I can't use my scooter. But the walker is painful for my feet and back. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet caused by many reasons and degeneration in my back also for many reasons. There is no cure, apart from a miracle. So that's the short of it. I look forward to meeting people here and walking together in our journey.

hi there and welcome to the forum unfortunately this site is for people in the UK. I don't know if you are allowed to join if you live in another country.

Anyone can join no matter where they are in the world!

Hi @StarryEyed and a warm welcome to the community π Of course you are allowed to join us. Just be aware that if you ask for any advice then we can only help with UK-based issues.
Have a look around and get stuck in to some discussions or create your own! We have the Coffee Lounge for general chit-chat and the Games Den where you can play some games.
Enjoy your time here!
