Hey all. I recently purchased a nurosym vqgus nerve stimulator. Has wild claims re anxiety depression chronic pain IBS etc. All of which IV had issues with. Read a lot about it and seems to be promising.

After 5 days use IV noticed 1 benifet already. I would normally have to have a TV radio or stimulant on in my home at all times. I would feel anxious without. For first time in long time I don't feel the need. Placebo maybe or maybe it's working.

Have any of our group tried this or similar longer term and if so was it helpful.
