My care company
hi I’m so stressed out at the moment. I don’t know if anyone can give me company that I’m with now making me major came in yesterday when she should’ve been here at 8:45 at night to give me cause I’m and she chose to give hours early. It made me really woozy and dizzy. I spoke to the lady today and she’s covering the she sent her in early because it was my shower day. It was not my shower day and I don’t know where to go from here. This company is always running out of my medication and now they’re to give me my order more hours earlier than they should I spoke to my manager and she’s been trying to get through to them from last Wednesday till today she still hasn’t had a response. I think I need to start looking for a different company, but I’m not sure if there’s any around Fraser {moderated - removed personal information} if u have any advice please leave text so stressful right now it’s bring it on my seizures

Hi @sam3169Q I'm really sorry to hear about your situation with the care provider. It might be worth contacting Age UK. I found this link to their website really helpful at explaining the process of complaining. Some of the things you've mentioned in your post such as medication running out are listed here as well - How to complain about problems with home carers | Age UK. Do you have any family/friends that can support you to go through this process?
