Hi, my name is Suckstobeme! ADP Change of Circumstance worry

I'm so tired of battling to get ADP reconsidered. Every time I put in a claim or Change of Circumstance they increase the "how far you can walk" section. The first CoC form stated I had no change in meds - there had been 5 all notified to them. Also said getting in and out a car was the same as getting in and out the bath ( getting bathroom adapted as I can't get in the bloody bath). When I appealled they changed the mobility points from 2 to 10 but still stating I can walk 50 - 100 meters when I stated most days I can barely get 15ft to the toilet. I've had a further diagnosis and change of meds and am dreading doing another CoC

Hi @Suckstobeme and welcome to the community.
I'm sorry you're so frustrated with ADP. It can definitely feel like we're being asked the same thing over and over again and that they sometimes seem to make things up!
I'm wondering if you need to do another CoC. You might be able to avoid the stress of going through it all again. The form says:
Dose this apply to you? Hope that helps.
