thank you so much.
I have been put into the “LCA”? bracket when I am almost certain I should be in the LCWRA, I have been waiting for 2 years for this decision to be made.
I have long standing mental health issues- over 20 years of them. I have a diagnosis of anxiety, depression, panic disorder, OCD complex ptsd and ADHD. I am also 7 years clean and sober from alcohol and drug dependency.
I pushed myself back to work 2 years ago and lasted 6 weeks and ended up suicidal.
I feel as though from reading their reasons for the decision they have just done their level best not to give me it. There are inaccuracies and things that are just simply not factual and also key points have been missed out.
I suffer every day as a result of a pretty horrific past that I’m not going to go into but my mental health is awful and I am not reliable nor able to do a job.I feel so unwell today as a result of all this, all I have done is cry in bed. I’m so exhausted.
If you have any advice I would welcome it.
Thanks so much for your time.

did you receive my last comment? I’m unsure how to use this

You can appeal against the decision.
Step 1 is Mandatory Reconsideration, this has a low success rate.
Step 2 is an independent appeal tribunal hearing, this has a much higher chance of success.
