Pip assessment

I had my assessment with Maximus on Monday and I’ve still not had a text acknowledgement that pip have the report how long does it normally take

If the report has been selected for audit (an internal process by the assessment provider), this will delay PIP receiving the report.

Unfortunately there are no set timescales for this.

You can always contact Maximus to see if they have sent the report through to PIP yet.
