Review
I have just received a text from dwp(maximus) for a phone assessment 24 oct
I have posted before along with others on timescales
I sent back my forms in March, in September it was renewed for a year, roughly about 7 months for assessment
My first award 2019 was for standard on both
2022 was standard daily(10pts!) enhanced mobility
Now 3 years on, 60 years of age, conditions same, some worse, hope it at least stays the same
If I’m really lucky, may get the extra 2 pts for daily part
Depends on assessor, last one was ok, very first wasn’t, like a interrogation !
Anyway, wish me luck, nerves are already kicking in!
Hope all goes well for people waiting or going through same

had phone assessment today, lasted hour and half
Lady seemed ok, was a lot of if you could do this questions, or hypothetical questions, I just stuck to my original answers on review form, said will hear in 2-6 weeks
they had sent questionnaires to go
Asking sane things, got a copy, nothing there to help or hinder
Like could I attend appointment on own
Answer was don’t know!
My gp doesn’t know me personally how my health/mind affects me
Anyway it’s the wait now, good luck to anyone who is waiting for review etc

Usually do not get back pay from a review. I have answered your later thread too.

hi all
Just got assessors report
Last page
“Based on the claimants likely future circumstances, it would be appropriate to review claim in:
Years blank
Months blank
Or on available evidence I consider there would be no requirement to arrange a view of this claim as significant change is unlikely
(Box ticked)
Under that
No review has been advised due to severity of muskulosketel and skin conditions are lifelong, level of function likely to improve
what does this mean?Just going through pts based on report, I know it’s not a given
Thanks
