Migration and wrong group.

I will try and shorten this as much as I can.
I transferred from legacy esa/sdp housing on to uc through migration letter this was done with my social worker supporting me.
ThThey were told i cant do digital calls or leave my flat without support. A hone visit was needed by dwp for ID check. The job centre kept sending messages to visit jobcentre we would then call and a new messagewould be sent by uc advisor during call to job center. Only to repeatedly send texts to visit them. When they needed to visit me.
We called on 8th of April they had closed claim as I hadn't visited job centre even though it was on system couldn't. So had to make new claim. They put me on basic award job seeking so received basic money .
We challenged this and they sent a letter last week saying regarding mandatory reconcideration and advised my claim should not of been cancelled and correcting and process to reinstated lwra. They will notify me with when action has been taken . How long will this take and how long will take until I'm paid correctly and how long for backpay. And on uc how is lwra paid

Unfortunately the answer to that is it'll take as long as it takes. No one here can answer with any more certainty.
You'll see LCWRA element on your monthly statement. It will be added to your monthly payment. So your UC award will increase by £423.27 before any deductions.
Backpay is calculated separately, and usually takes several weeks at least. When this has been done a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be paid within a few working days. New versions of your statements will also be added.

I don't have a online journal as my care coordinator talks to my coach on phone appointments as I can't answer phone or make calls due to trauma and triggers ptsd .so my uc is non digital due to impairments and disabilities. All appointments are arranged via care coordinator in cmht prior in which visit me in the hone and call care coordinator direct who supports with communication. The dwp have there number as my contact on system. I have to give permission each time
