PIP Review

I got text this morning "Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change."

My anxiety would no way withstand waiting for the letter so i rang and explained i was confused as had no assesment or phone call and she told me decusion was made yesterday and told me the outcome..it was apositive one thankcully. But just thought anyine who had gitten same text might want to know they will tell you over phone

You were lucky because it very much depends on who answers your call. They will not always give out the result over the phone.
