Disability Discrimination Employment Solicitors

Hello,

I've recently filed a Disability Discrimination claim against my employers with a judge making an order of things which need to be prepared for the next case mgmt hearing in a few months.

I was previously advised not to spend any money on this, but given the judges orders, he advised I seek legal advice to avoid substantial disadvantage. I am wondering if anyone has any good employment law solicitors which are reasonable in fees and where I can apply for legal aid. .

I've already gone to Citzens Advice and Law Centre and because the case has gone to Tribunal, they are unable to assist me further. I just need to prepare tables for amendments and impact statements, etc, but I need a professional who can look at this, ideally for free.

Please advise.

Jo

You may well qualify for Legal Aid, especially for a disability discrimination claim where the judge has flagged potential disadvantage. Even if full representation isn’t covered, you could still get help with some or even all of your legal fees. See link below.
