migration from esa to uc

Hi all, just need a bit of advise I am currently migrating to uc from esa after receiving my migration letter, I received a letter today from housing benefit giving me my date of housing benefit ending but it states a natural migration ? I am confused as it should say managed, its Saturday I cannot call uc to clarify this, has this happened to anyone else can you please advise as this has worried me

When I migrated I had a very strange letter from housing benefit that made no sense at all. It also arrived on a Saturday. It all turned out fine in the end - they just word things weirdly. Even when I phoned them on the Monday the lady on the phone didn’t really understand it either but was able to tell me everything was ok.
