Pip review text
Hope your all managing the best you can.
had a text this morning to say that my pip review is now over and I should get a letter in the next 2 weeks and not to call them until I get the letter as they will not tell me the out come until I have had the letter. Is this normal , when i first got pip I got a phone call to give me the answer. I'm worried now its a bad outcome and they have stopped my standard pip. Is this the way its done now or only if its been stopped.

It's standard procedure to get the text message that you did.
Despite what it says you can ring PIP and ask, but they won't always give out the information over the phone.

Hi @slimjohn
That is very typical letter to get so I wouldn't worry about that as that is just very standard practice now!
Some people still do ring PIP though and are given the answer on the phone even though it says not to call them, so it may be worth doing that for peace of mind😊1
