Back pay
if pip was ending September, review forms were sent in March as requested, assessment done October, if there’s back pay, would it be from March , or assessment?
Thanks

It varies as the Decision Maker has discretion on when to start the higher amount from.
Some backdate, some start the higher amount from date of decision.

I lost a years back pay I also had a change in circumstance 6 months in that timeframe I notified them straight away as the diagnosis is the main reason I'm on higher rate Mobility they refused to backdate both circumstances they makes me sick they're evil & the system is corrupt

I know it won't make you feel any better, but a few members of this forum didn't get back pay when they should have done. This is in the last 6 months too. When members mention back pay now I don't know what to say....
