Hi, I am recieving Housing Benefit & want to know if I can get a reduction on my council tax? I do get 25% single person reduction, I am a pensioner but don’t receive a full pension.

You would need to apply via your local council.
Council Tax Reduction is decided on at a local level and each local authority has different rules for this meaning it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.
If you don't receive a full pension, have you applied for Pension Credit?
