DWP UC
So I got a message on my journal stating I'm living with my partner and I'm not and got nothing to hide, I sent them my boyfriends address and number incase they wanted to talk to him for clarification, I stated my landlord even spoke to them to confirm it's only me there and it is. Yes I told them he stay 2-3 days a week, I thought that was allowed. and asked if someone said something. but then I got another message saying they got information from a confidential source etc. they replied saying no changes to my UC at this time.
What does this mean? It's done and over with or they just lying to me and keep looking into it? Am I still gonna be paid my UC, I got rent to pay.

Hi @ChrisCountryGirl, Your partner is allowed to stay with you for a few nights a week, that's perfectly acceptable as long as you're not living together full time and sharing resources which I'm sure you're not.
It's difficult to say for certain whether they've totally concluded the issue or might have a few more questions. But it sounds like you've got really good evidence to show that he's not living with you, so if they do ask for further proof it should all be okay.
It may be worth keeping an eye on your statements just in case, but it doesn't sound like anything will change at the moment. Hopefully that message means it's all finished with and your payments will carry on as normal.
