I will provide statements the esa have requested and wait on result of review if I lose my benefits forever it would be a disaster for me also having them suspended is quite bad too imnstating I now get contribution based esa and used to get income based they are asking for statements in the period I transitoned the month of August

    It's best to keep to one thread so your situation can be followed more easily.

    There are a few issues:

    When you migrated you were over the £6k threshold for IR ESA and you maybe hadn't declared this beforehand to ESA?

    So there is a historical overpayment.

    You have gotten yourself under the limit since by transferring a large amount of money to your Mum, with no paper trail to back up your explanation.

    You wish the savings deduction to end.

    There is a current potential deprevation of assets issue.

    My advice would be to talk to a trained welfare rights advisor.
